Banana Bajji | Easy Bajji Recipe |

This is a super easy banana bajji. Banana bajji is a typical evening snack. The recipe takes only a few minutes, and you don't need to get a bajji mix.


Ingredients :


Unripe bananas

Gram flour -1/2 cup

Chilli powder-1/2 tsp

Fennel powder-1/2 tsp

Pepper powder-1/2 tsp

Salt-to taste

Sunflower oil


Preparation:


To a mixing bowl, add gram flour, chilli powder, fennel powder, pepper powder and salt. You can add more chilli powder as per your taste. Add around 1/2 cup water in small amounts to form a paste which is sticky enough to get coated over the banana. Slice unripe bananas and dip in the flour mix. Fry in medium flame. Turn the sides and fry again.


Enjoy with tea or coffee!!!
