Let us make an easy, tasty laddu using broken wheat.
Powder 3/4 cup sugar with 8-9 cardamoms. Wash 1 cup broken wheat and dry roast the broken wheat on low flame. When done, grind it in a mixer and keep it aside. Dry roast 1 cup scraped coconut in a pan. Again powder the dry roasted coconut in a mixer. In a non-stick pan, add 2 tbsp of ghee and add ground broken wheat to it. Mix well and keep stirring for 10 min. Add powdered coconut and keep going till it becomes brown. To this, add powdered sugar and mix well. Add 8 tbsp of boiled milk and continue mixing. Make sure it gets cooked enough. If not, add little water to get it cooked. Take a spoonful of this mixture and use your palms to roll them into small balls. Repeat the same with the remaining mix and rest the laddoos.
