This is the recipe for a Chicken Pizza with a Wheat Base which is pretty easy to make. The most amazing part of baking Pizza at home is that you can add as much cheese and toppings as you need. Wow! The pizza was topped with enough chicken, cheese, olives, capsicum and onion that I could feel it in every single byte. That being said, let's see how to make it!

For chicken topping:
Chicken cut into cubes: 1/2 cup
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Oregano: 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste: 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Luke warm water: 1/2 cup
Sugar: 1/2 tsp
Yeast: 1/2 tbsp
Olive oil: 1/2 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Toppings(veggies, cheese, sauce):
Mozarella cheese(grated): 100 g
Preheat time: 15 minutes
Mode: Baking(Lower coil)
Time to put some make over to the Chicken. Marination:
Take chicken in a bowl.
Add salt over it and coat well.
Add the rest of the ingredients for the marinade and mix all of them well and coat them on the chicken.
Set it aside in the refrigerator.
Kneading time! - Let's make the pizza base:
Add sugar to lukewarm water and dissolve it well. Make sure the water is lukewarm. This is to activate yeast.
Once sugar is dissolved, add yeast to it.
Set it aside for 10 minutes for yeast to activate.
After yeast is activated, take flour in a separate bowl.
Add olive oil
Add activated yeast
Knead to make our pizza dough - in case it gets too sticky, spread a very little amount of olive oil on you hands and knead again
On a bowl, spread oil on the surface, place our dough on it. Spread a little oil on the surface of the dough as well.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth.
Set this aside for 2 hours for the dough to rise
Before the final party:
1 hour 40 minutes after setting dough aside, start frying the chicken. Do not deep fry.
1 hour 50 minutes after setting dough aside, start preheating. Make sure to preheat for 15 minutes.
Chop the veggies.
Coat pizza pan with oil.
Place dough at the centre of the pizza pan and press it to spread it out. The dough should be thicker at the edges.
Make holes on the pizza base with a fork.
Spread pizza sauce on the surface.
Spread chopped veggies.
Add chicken generously on the base.
Add Mozarella cheese generously over it.
Sprinkle Oregano over it.
Pop it into the oven for 10 minutes. The edges get golden brown which is the indication that it has been cooked.
