An easy dish to make: potato wedges. The preparation takes only 5 minutes and 35 minutes of baking.
Ginger Garlic Powder (Garlic Powder can also be used)
Preheat oven /Baking mode 220C for 5-10 min
Bake/ Baking mode 220C for 30 min
Peel off three potatoes and cut into wedges. In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix well. Spread foil paper over the baking tray and apply olive oil over it. Place potatoes over the baking tray and bake in baking mode at 220C for 15 min.Take out the baking tray and place potatoes upside down and repeat baking for another 15 min.
Now potato wedges are ready to serve!!!!
