This is an easy pizza recipe made in 20 minutes in Morphy Richards Oven 52RCSS.
Grated mozzarella cheese
Preheat at 230C in the baking mode for 15-20 min
Baking mode at 230C for 10 min
In a bowl, add 1tbsp powdered sugar and 1/2 cup warm water till it gets dissolved. Add 1/2 tsp of yeast. Keep it for 10 min till it foams up. To this, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Add 1 cup all-purpose flour. This is for an 8-inch pizza. Knead it to make the dough and make it into a ball. Coat inside the bowl with oil and spread it around the dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 11/2 to 2 h.
You can use toppings as your preference.I sliced half an onion and used some olives.
Coat pizza pan with olive oil. Place the dough on the pan and press outwards towards the end of the pan. Press with your fingers on the dough. Subsequently, make holes on the dough with a fork. Apply a little pizza sauce at the center and spread it out with a spoon. Add your favorite toppings. Here I added olives and onion. Add grated mozzarella cheese over the top. Now it is ready for baking. Baking mode is at 230C for 10 min
Watch whether the crust has become golden brown and
cheese has to melt too. Make sure to preheat the oven before baking.
I got a perfect crust.
