Grilled Chicken on Morphy Richards OTG 52 RCSS - Simple method

An easy recipe to cook. Grilled chicken with easy marination made on Morphy Richards OTG 52 RCSS - 52L.


1. Chicken - as you require

2. Curd

3. Salt

4. Chilly powder

5. Turmeric powder

6. Coriander powder

7. Pepper powder

8. Lime juice

Oven settings

Preheat oven at 230C for 10 minutes (toast convection mode)

Grill at 230C for 50 minutes (toast convection mode)


Coat chicken with curd and salt(as required). Keep it in the freezer for 1 hour.

Create a masala for marination using below ingredients:

Ginger garlic paste - 2 spoons

Just adequate salt (considering added previously)

Add 2-4 tsp of chilly powder

1/4 tsp pepper powder

2 tsp of lime juice

1 tsp of coriander powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Take out the chicken and create cuts on the chicken using a knife. Marinate the chicken with the masala and keep it for 2 hours in the freezer. Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes at 220 C and at Toast/Convection mode. Grill the chicken keeping it on the mesh, held in the middle of the oven, oven at 220 C and on Toast/Convection mode - for 30 minutes. Check the status after 25 minutes. Turn the OTG off and turn the chicken upside down.Cook again for another 30 minutes. Turn the OTG off and check if it has been cooked.
