Mango being a seasonal fruit, the excess can be stored as mango pulp to make mango juice.
Ingredients
Ripened mangoes
Sugar
Lemon
Preparation:
Take around 10 mangoes and cut into small pieces. Blend in a mixer. If the mangoes are fibrous, make sure to drain out the fibers using a filter.Heat in high flame on a nonstick pan and stir continuously. Add lime juice taken from 1 lemon when it starts thickening. Allow cooling when thickened. When it comes to room temperature, transfer it to a bottle or container. Mango pulp is ready now.
Whenever you want mango juice, add a little mango pulp in a glass and add sugar and water.
Ready to serve!!!
