This is a super simple recipe which is very healthy, which takes less than 10 minutes to make. Muesli is a fibre and protein-rich breakfast as well as brunch option based on oats, dry fruits and nuts.
In a heated nonstick pan, add 2 tbsp of peanut butter kept at low to medium flame. Add 1 cup of muesli mix and blend well. Add honey as required for sweetness. Mix well and bring together in the form of a cake. Transfer to another plate and cut into pieces before it gets completely cooled.
