Let us prepare an easy wheat mug cake recipe using Morphy Richards OTG 52 RCSS. It takes 5 minutes to mix and 20 minutes to bake. We can prepare mug cakes in oven-safe mugs.
Ingredients:
1. Wheat flour
2. Sugar
3. Cocoa powder
4. Baking soda
5. Baking powder
6. Milk
7. Oil or melted butter
8. Vanilla essence
9. Choco chip
Oven settings
Preheat for at 180C in the baking mode for 10 min
Bake at 180C in the baking mode for 20 min
Preparation
In a coffee mug add 4 tbsp wheat flour,4 tbsp finely powdered sugar,2 tbsp cocoa powder, a pinch of baking soda,1/4 tsp baking powder. Mix well using a fork and then add 4 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp oil( I used olive oil) and 1/4 tsp vanilla essence. You can add choco chips also (optional). Bake at 180C in the baking mode in the bottom tray for 20 min. Check with a skewer when baking is over.
