A simple, quick snack you can make for kids.
2. Pizza sauce
3. Mozzarella cheese

Preheat at 220C - 5 min (Broil/ top coil)
Baking mode 220C- 2 min (Broil/ top coil)
Grate 100 g mozzarella cheese. Finely chop all the veggies. The number of vegetables depends on the number of bread. You can take different colors of capsicum for a splash of colors.
Melt butter for toasting. Toast bread on one side till crunchy.
On a pan, add olive oil and saute onion and capsicum. Add pepper powder, oregano, and salt to taste and saute well.
Foil on the baking tray.Grease with butter. First, apply pizza sauce over the toasted side just enough to cover the bread. Apply a second layer of mozzarella cheese. Add chopped tomato over it and finally, the vegetable mixture.
Bake at 220C for 2 min. As soon as you see the cheese melting, u can stop the baking.
